On the way to the hotel, I got an email saying our booking was canceled because of a birthday party. I’d made the reservation four months earlier, so I had to find another place at the last minute, and it cost a lot more. After several tries, I reached Laurina Pasqua of L'orangeraie d'Afa by phone. She was rude. She said the booking system was to blame rather than her, and that she’d speak with management and call me back. She never did, and ignored my emails. Canceling this late, then not answering calls or emails, makes it feel like guests don’t matter. Avoid the disappointment and don’t book here.

We’re visiting from the UK. The room and staff were exceptional. We didn’t get to try the food, so can’t rate it, though it looked delicious.

A really nice family-run hostel, with a great bar that’s full of locals.

The restaurant menu has delicious dishes, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. I loved this hotel, it felt like home and I was comfortable there. Alexandre welcomed us perfectly, with real professionalism and warmth. Thanks for everything, and good luck for the season coming up soon! 😉
