I’d avoid this place. I’d booked online for one night, but when I got there at 8 pm, the gate was shut and nobody was around. I tried the number in the confirmation, then the two numbers posted on the building, and the intercom. Nothing. The booking company couldn’t reach them either. I ended up with nowhere to sleep in Agde, since everywhere else was closed or full, and had to cycle about 20 kilometers to Sète to find a hotel. I’ve been trying to get my money back by phone and email. So far, the responses have been indifferent and disrespectful, and frankly not very competent. They keep telling me to email someone else, who never replies. One time they blamed me, saying I should’ve called the hotel’s emergency number and that the bar was open. I don’t see what an open bar has to do with an empty reception. The service was awful, and the place looked old and poorly kept too. À fuir !!!!

The pool was packed with children, and adults weren’t allowed to swim. That’s a strange setup for a place calling itself a resort. We were there for two nights at Azureva, and the property looked old and neglected. The rooms look dated from outside, though the inside was fine. The bedding was clean and spotless, but the bed was too hard. The bathroom smelled awful and had little ventilation. Breakfast was really limited, so I wouldn’t choose the breakfast-included option.

It felt more like a budget motel than a proper place to stay. The rooms were dark and cramped, and didn’t look like the photos. You could hear the neighbors through the walls, and the beds were really hard. Awful.
