We had a very good stay. The apartment does need a few minor repairs.

The apartment had a nice location and terrace, but at this price I couldn’t believe there wasn’t even a fan. Our whole family also had to share one set of keys, which made it awkward when we wanted to go out separately. Parking was a real problem too, since people ignored their numbered spots. I’m not sure what the assigned space numbers are even for.

The best things were the excellent mattress and the warm welcome from Mireille and Anne. Otherwise, our vacation ended with me advising people to avoid this rental. We arrived Wednesday, September 18, 2024, and found the fridge switched off and extremely small. My husband is diabetic, so we needed it cold for his injections. The apartment was listed for six people, and thankfully there were just the two of us. The loggia was lovely, overlooking the entrance and pool, but there was no parasol and its curtain was almost impossible to move. A technician improved it a little, and we were lent a parasol, thanks for that, but the handle nearly came off in our hands several times. There were far too few dishes. The coffee maker wouldn’t close, the microwave started by itself, and there was no Wi-Fi. The bathroom was very dated, with a shower tray that was too high and a wobbly sink cabinet. The room was tiny, with an electrical socket that didn’t work, though we were told it should work with the two-way switch. The apartment itself was outdated, the tiles badly damaged, the trash shovel broken, and people didn’t respect the parking space. We got no information about the area or how to reach the port or pétanque court. The neighbors were helpful, though.

A lovely residence in a great location. The bathroom and toilet were clean, though they could do with updating and renovation.
