The buildings feel dated and the insulation is poor. Aqualand nearby is noisy during the day, then Luna park makes noise at night.

The apartment is laid out well, and the location works nicely for both the beach and shops. The residence is quiet, fenced all around, and has controlled access and a swimming pool.

A pleasant residence with a pool, close to shops and leisure activities. There's a huge fine-sand beach just 300m away.

It's basic and simple, and the price reflects that quality. Just be aware the common areas aren't well maintained: the elevator breaks down and the spaces are dirty.
