The beach is peaceful, uncrowded, and great for swimming, and both it and the pool are less than a two-minute walk away. Our apartment was comfortable, though there was some evening noise from vacation events in the town center. Luckily, we could sleep on the extra beds in the living room instead of using the bedroom facing the music. The events went on until midnight, but it wasn’t too disruptive. My husband, our three-year-old son, and I had a great time.

We had a studio that was well equipped, including a dishwasher, a shower over the bath, a separate toilet, Freeview TV, and free WiFi for up to five devices. They called it basic, but it was really very good for a place of this size. Reception was friendly, and the staff spoke several languages very well, which helped since my French is limited. We went out of season, from 21st-28th Oct, so it was very quiet. The apartments are right on the beach, and they all have a sea view.

We rented through Interhome and only found out the day before leaving that a second space in the building’s underground garage came with our rental. Reception hadn’t told us when we arrived, so we couldn’t use it. The apartment was run-down and far too expensive for what it was. The mattresses were in bad shape, light bulbs were burned out, and the kitchen and bathroom ventilation filters weren’t clean.
