Natureva Spa

The spa and pool are great, and the back side has a lovely open view. The location at the front of the village makes it easy to get around, with most places within walking distance. There's a garage for parking at extra cost, though outdoor parking can get packed in peak season. The rooms vary a lot. Some feel dull and poorly lit, with old, uncomfortable furniture and equipment. Only some balconies have sun loungers. The gym has old equipment and strict rules, and it can get busy. Rooms on the building's right side also pick up music from the pool party next door.

We really enjoyed our vacation here. The apartment, amenities, and staff were all great. One thing kept bothering us, though: in high winds, the window whistled constantly. Maybe they could improve that.

I wasn't happy with this stay. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it was actually cold. There was also no reception after 7 each day, and the room's ventilator was loud enough to keep me from sleeping. When I brought these issues up, the employee was ironic about it. I was told the all-inclusive deal didn't include breakfast, then asked to email the big boss to see if there was a solution. The reply came from the very same person who'd told me to send the email.

Be careful, the hotel charged me €100 for final cleaning after checkout without my knowledge or permission. The fee is mentioned on the hotel's website, but not during the reservation process, in the confirmation, in the room, or at check-in or check-out. A 4-star hotel or apartment shouldn't handle it this way.
