Résidence Néméa Le Sylène

After a traumatic stay at Les Carrats in Port Leucate, where residents and a maintenance worker made racist remarks and nobody ever replied or offered support, I had stopped trusting the former Néméa residences. I never went back to Les Carrats. This stay has helped restore my faith. Although the former Néméa residence is now Goelia, the team is unchanged, which is one of its biggest strengths. Souad, Sarah, Fred, and Thomas are available and attentive, and they go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. The amenities are all conveniently together: swimming pools, gyms, a sauna, a hammam, and laundry facilities. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away, and Carrefour and the tourist office are right next door. The apartments are spotless and very well equipped. A big thank you to Souad for doing such an amazing job maintaining the place. Sylène, I’ll definitely be back, Insha'Allah!

The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, especially Fredo 🫰🏼. There’s a lovely spa area and an indoor pool that’s pleasantly heated. The residence is beautiful, with excellent views, a good location, a terrace, and everything kept clean. I highly recommend it for a stay in Cap d'Agde, close to all the amenities.

The staff are warm and attentive, and the amenities have been great every time we've stayed. Le Sylène is ideally placed in Cap d'Agde, too. Fred deserves a special mention; the residence wouldn't be the same without him. We'll be back, just as promised. Béatrice and Denis

Thomas, the residence manager, is professional, cheerful, and always ready to help or find ways to make your stay better, even when he's busy. The rest of the team are welcoming as well. The accommodation is clean, with spacious terraces, and the setting is lovely, relaxing, and near all the amenities. One thing really affected our stay: Fred, the maintenance worker, repeatedly made inappropriate comments that left us very uncomfortable. Thanks to the staff, except him.
