The hotel was quiet, and we could easily walk to groceries, laundry, restaurants, and shops. We were cycling around the area and needed a rest day away from camping, so stayed two nights. We often choose B&B Hotels and usually have good experiences. This one in Agen was just what we needed. The staff member who helped me was good-natured and polite, and gave me room to practise my bad French.

We always use this chain for stopovers because it’s good value and easy to book online at the last minute, but this was a particularly good visit. The room was extremely clean, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and a really great shower. There’s secure parking, and family rooms have a mezzanine. Covid hygiene measures were excellent. Breakfast is served rather than buffet style at the moment because of Covid, but it was still good, with nice coffee. The lady handling reception and breakfast was very helpful, and the other staff were cheerful.

This was my second stay at a B&B Hotel this month. The rooms, beds, and bathrooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and breakfast is plentiful with plenty of variety.

Easy to reach from the motorway, with nice landscaping and restaurants nearby. It was quiet, the breakfast was good, and the price was good value. The twin beds were narrow.

This may be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms had spiders and cockroaches, the air conditioning didn’t work, and bugs and spiderwebs filled the hallways. It was unbelievably disgusting, and the worst part was that they wouldn’t refund us.
