The staff were accommodating, but there wasn't much they could do about the funky smell in the hallways or the lack of usable air conditioning. The room's individual AC was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Rooms are tiny and the hotel is simple, though it's centrally located on a quiet Agen street, opposite the fantastic L’Imprévu restaurant. It's due for renovation soon, so hopefully the ratings will improve.

We came for a weekend wedding nearby, and staying at the Ibis was very practical. For 50€ a night, the hotel met our expectations: we slept well, parked in the hotel lot, and everything in the room worked. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly, rooms very clean, and the location central. It has zero charm, but if your expectations match the nightly rate, it's a great hotel.

The rooms are quite worn, and some things, including the AC and lamps, didn't work. There was no power outlet by the bed either. Still, it was clean, the staff were helpful and nice, and breakfast was alright. I wouldn't choose it for a romantic stay with my girlfriend, but it was fine for a couple of nights on a business trip.

I'm really disappointed. I paid 81.50€ for a place that looks worse than a budget ibis. The rooms are small, with just one electrical socket and none by the bed. There was only one tiny bathroom bin, and there's a door in the room that opens onto a wall. The street smells unpleasant too. I don't understand why this hotel has 3 stars.

The rooms felt run-down, and the bed was uncomfortable. The room was far too hot, and the service was poor. The only good part was the outdoor seating area.
