Résidence 7ème Art - T2 Meublés - centre ville

I spent several years at this residence and have no regrets. The owner is very friendly and easy to reach, which made me feel comfortable right away. Thanks for everything, I highly recommend staying here.

The place smelled so bad, like spoiled seafood, that I could only stay for a week instead of the month. They put a plug-in air freshener in the wall outlet to cover it up, even though they knew I was traveling with a baby. It was nauseating and disgraceful. They also said they’d refund me for the nights I wouldn’t be staying after I left, but deliberately withheld €21 for one night, claiming they charged by the day. That’s completely false. There’s no mistake, reread your emails from January. I demanded the missing €21, but they still refused to honor the written agreement.

We’ll book Le 7ème Art again if we’re back in Agen. The apartment was pleasant and nicely decorated, right beside the cinema and market. It was good value, and the landlord was available and accommodating.

I can’t give an informed opinion since I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or my emails. They didn’t call back after I left a message either. Maybe you’ll have better luck...
