Le Logis De La Lys

The location worked really well, with shops just three minutes away, plus a chip shop, bakery, and supermarket nearby. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were welcoming. The receptionist was excellent and paid attention to what guests needed. Breakfast had lots to choose from, and the meals were generous and tasty. Nothing to complain about. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the meals were a different story. The chicken with mushrooms came with only a little rice, about a third of a plate for someone with a big appetite, and the white chocolate dessert was far too sweet. A 50 cl beer cost €8. If you eat large portions or do physical work, you'd need to get food in your room afterward. For someone with a small appetite or an office job, it might be fine.

For the price, this hotel is good value and fairly well located. There's a chip shop and a Beers & Co right nearby, and the city centre is about a ten-minute walk away.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a safe, a bathtub and shower, and a large TV. But even on really hot days the air conditioning didn't work, and the window only opened a little, so sleeping in the heat was difficult. I also found it almost impossible to connect my laptop to the hotel's Wi-Fi.
