Very nice place. The rooms are clean and the furniture is really good.

I’ve been living in this residence for a year. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood, and the building is kept in pretty good shape. The only small drawback is that other tenants can sometimes be noisy, though it doesn’t happen often. Thanks to the building concierge, Ms. Luce, for being professional and efficient. She’s sorted out every problem I’ve had so far.

The apartment was in a good location, but the stay itself was only adequate and came with several problems. On arrival it was dirty, with dust, a clogged ventilation system, and limescale in the microwave and toilet. The initial inventory was very cursory. At checkout, I was charged €241 for cleaning, descaling, and “marks on the walls.” The photos then were much more detailed than the check-in record, but no itemized explanation was provided, which felt lacking in transparency. The hallways were noisy and had persistent odors, especially in the evenings. The reception was also inconsistent. The receptionist was smiling and kind during the initial inventory when my parents were there, but on my own at departure I barely got a greeting, and my complaints were ignored. I’d suggest cleaning properly before check-in, using a consistent inventory process, explaining any deductions, and giving guests a courteous welcome throughout. I do want to thank Luce, the assistant, who was consistently kind and attentive. She was available, responsive, and professional, and did her best to answer my questions and make things easier. That was a real plus.

There’s free parking, and the apartments are nice and quiet for students. You can live alone or share with roommates, and there’s an option to pay for cleaning. My only issue was storage: I had a lot of clothes, and some had to stay in my suitcase.
