10/10
The staff and service were exceptional, including when they helped arrange delivery of belongings we accidentally left behind to our next stop, at our expense. We were three family members, parents travelling with our adult daughter, and the hotel was right in the heart of town, within easy reach of markets, Christmas festivities, and restaurants. Rooms were a good size, with large bathrooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Still and sparkling water was available on our floor to refill overnight. Breakfast was great, and the hotel is an easy walk from the central bus terminal, with the train to Marsalis across the road.

Emma, Tristana, Naomie, and Nasrat made us feel so welcome that we wanted to return and visit “family.” We’ve stayed in different hotels in and around Aix before, and this time spent four nights here. The room and location mattered less to us, but both were great: clean, bright, and bigger, with an en-suite bathroom and bathtub. Buses and taxis are right in front of the building, and the train station, the Rotonde, and the Office de Tourisme are only a five-minute walk away.

The Wi-Fi was weak, and we had to reconnect every time we came back to the hotel. The room itself was very nice. It’s close to the old city but outside the busiest part.

Comfortable beds, a decent-sized toilet, and a good breakfast. The hotel is nicely located too.

People working here were friendly and helpful, and I have only positive things to say about them. Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, very close to the centre. But this clearly isn’t a 4-star hotel, maybe 2 at most. The room was tiny: with our two small suitcases, we barely had space to open them. It was clean, but the old bed linen and towels had gone grey.
