After hours, self check-in went smoothly. The condo room I'd booked was very basic and had old facilities, though at least the bathroom was clean.

The workers were nice, but that's all. This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in my life.

The rooms come with excellent amenities, and there's ample parking. A tremendous effort is evident throughout this ideally located residence, especially in the attention to property, security, and hygiene. I highly recommend it.

The reception team were very friendly and accommodating, despite being overloaded with work, and the location was good. But these aparthotels are part of a residential property with people living there all year, which made sharing the space difficult. There were smoke and food smells in the hallways, little parking, and people smoking right outside our window early in the morning. The studio also needs better cleaning. There was dirty underwear in the bathroom when we arrived, and it hadn't been dusted. The fan was broken and gave no airflow, and although we were told there'd be a kitchenette, there wasn't even a glass in the room. The bedding was very uncomfortable. There was no shampoo or shower gel, just hand sanitizer, despite toiletries being listed as provided.
