The property is modern, new, and has amenities, but the way the problem was handled was awful. In the middle of the night, with the air conditioning off, a noise started that I assumed was coming from it. It was unbearable and we couldn’t stop it. The only staff member responsible for the facility was a security guard, and I spent 40 minutes with him before the noise seemed to stop. About an hour later, at 4:30, it started up again, and I had no choice but to put up with it. When I asked at checkout for even a partial refund, they offered me a late checkout instead. That doesn’t make up for it. Also, the pool photo should show what it really looks like, instead of cleverly framing out the rest of the grounds and parking lot.

Everything was spotless, even the restrooms around the complex, which were always clean. The staff’s kindness, respect, and smiles made the service feel personal, and nothing was left unanswered or unresolved. The head receptionist has clearly built a fantastic team, and the welcome was impeccable. The setting is lovely, tucked into a large green park not far from the TGV station. From the lodges’ terrace, the sunset colors on the Sainte Victoire mountain were magical. The grounds also have a pool, sports field, and a fully equipped gym with a view. Breakfast was delicious too. I’d happily pay a little extra to stay in a lodge. The place is magnificent, and that level of service is what brings people back far more than a points system. Thank you, and bravo!

The hotel and its services are really good. There’s a great pool, a nice bar, an excellent breakfast, and a huge parking lot. The concept is good and the space feels open. The room was fine for a one-night stay. My one small criticism is that reception felt rushed. The staff didn’t seem very focused, and I would’ve appreciated a more empathetic check-in and someone asking if everything was all right.

The food was the big letdown during our two-night seminar. From breakfast through the gala dinner, the caterer’s food was disappointing, and the caterer seemed to have been imposed on the organizers. There were limited choices, bland flavors, and the tomato and mozzarella salad was frozen. Some main courses had run out just minutes after the buffet opened, apart from the vegetarian options. In Provence, a region known for its food, that’s hard to accept. The setting itself is inspiring, almost wild, with a stunning view of Sainte-Victoire mountain. The buildings surround a small square that makes it easy to talk and spend time together. The rooms are small but functional. Ground-floor soundproofing is the one issue, so I’d choose a first-floor room. The young, energetic reception staff were very pleasant and did their best to help with requests. A unique place, though the food let the experience down.
