10/10
We had such a wonderful stay! The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfy, and the shower had good pressure. The spa was very relaxing, with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Francois, the concierge, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. Five stars!

The spa pool and sauna were so peaceful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s a beautiful, historic hotel. Highly recommend.

4/10
The place is cozy, with spacious rooms, nice bathrooms and a simple, pleasant bar. But the customer service was shockingly bad. The staff were rude and inattentive, kept rolling their eyes at us, and acted patronizing.

For the price, it’s a pretty decent hotel, with a bit of a shabby-chic feel ;) Just keep in mind that the rooms don’t have air-conditioning.
