The room was comfortable and well designed, and reception was friendly. It's a great base for exploring the town. Breakfast was good quality, though a bit pricey, and I'd personally have preferred a buffet.

Our room had a nice view, and the hotel has a lovely garden and restaurant. There's a lot of charm here, with the staff running the place like a family. Customer service was great, everyone was helpful and eager to please. My only small drawback was the lack of air conditioning.

The room, hotel, and breakfast were all absolutely fine, and the view across Aix-les-bains was great. What really made us feel welcome was the service. We arrived after scraping one of the front tyres while parking and were worried about the snag. The proprietor immediately called a garage to reassure us there was no safety problem. With no spaces left because we'd arrived too late, they also let us park in their own garage. Lovely hotel, and the owners and staff were so kind and welcoming.

A lovely-looking hotel in a beautiful part of Aix-les-Bains. I'd like to stay there sometime.
