The place was new and clean, and the location was great. The room was listed as having a king, but that described the room size, not the bed. It had a double bed. There was no hand soap or hair dryer, and it needed more toiletries. The check-in and check-out instructions for when reception was closed weren't clear, so we had to ask. All in all, it was nice, just needs a few things fine-tuned.

The place was new and spotless, and the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and spoke both French and English. It’s also close to the lake. I’d asked for a quiet room months ahead, though, and got one overlooking a noisy street. The room was far too hot even with the shutters closed all day. The metal shutters probably made it hotter, and there was no air-conditioning.

The location is okay, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. It still feels like a building site, and the rooms haven’t been properly cleaned after the work. Lights and mirrors were missing, as were door locks. There was no air-conditioning, and the family room didn’t have the double bed promised in the listing. The room was 29 degrees, the staff didn’t seem to know what was being offered, and the garage wasn’t accessible.

The apartments are modern, clean, and well equipped, and the lake views are beautiful. It’s a peaceful spot, too. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even nicer. I’d happily recommend Kosy Appart'hôtels - Résidence - Aix-Les-Bains for a short visit or a longer one.

The bed was broken, the place was dirty and poorly maintained, and my requests for compensation were ignored. A terrible experience. Avoid.
