The apartment’s heating made the stay really uncomfortable. It was too cold from the first day, the bathroom radiator didn’t work, and the other radiators seemed stuck at one setting, probably to save energy. Such a shame, because the apartment could have been superb. The setting was very pleasant, in a building called the Royal, with a magnificent place and an exceptional view. The amenities just didn’t live up to it.

Since the change of ownership, I find the welcome warm and the staff great. It’s even better now. Very good.

The wellness area is MAGNIFICENT! The pool has jets and a counter-current swimming system, with a picture window looking out over the park. The sauna and hammam are beautiful and high-quality too. We were the only ones there, and they treated us like princesses. A magical moment, and we’ll be back. The manager was very welcoming and accommodating when we came to enjoy the facilities today. Thank you for everything!
