The internet didn't work, and the place was so bad I can't find anything nice to say about it. It doesn't come close to a three-star hotel, one star at best. If there had been a receptionist, I would've asked for a refund. How do I get my money back?

The room had an incredible mountain view, and the hotel is very close to the train station. Reception staff were lovely, but some others were rude and unhelpful, especially the cleaner. Someone opened my door at 9:15 and woke me up, which was unnerving. It also felt insecure, with creaking noises at night. The decor is dated and needs attention, and the room smelled old. Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, though not terrible. It wasn't my worst hotel stay, but it was close. I don't think it deserves three stars.

I stopped here before going up to the slopes. The hotel was fully booked, so I couldn't get a room to rest for a few hours and stayed in the cafe instead. The croissants were good, but the coffee was really bad and the service was just okay. It did the job, but I wouldn't recommend the place otherwise.
