Everything about this old hotel is charming, beautifully decorated in a way that brings to mind when men wore hats, suits, and ties. The front desk staff were kind and patient, and we're definitely going back. The restaurant was expensive, though the food was worth it. Next time, we'll cross the road to one of the excellent cafes to save money.

Lunch on Sunday turned into a wonderful meal. Each dish was delicious and beautifully presented, easily the best food of our trip so far. Since it was a quiet day, we got to chat for a long time with both owners and the waiter. Local diners also shared several ideas for places to visit in the region. It felt very welcoming, and we'd recommend it.

Su-Chen is a wonderful hostess, and chef Jose works magic with the food. It's a traditional hotel that suits Albertville well. Highly recommended.

The cheese trolley was a fun touch, with a range of cheeses, most from the local area. We had a lovely dinner at the hotel while we were in town, and everything was carefully prepared and excellent. Service was first rate and accommodating to our friend's young child. It was on the pricey side, but absolutely worth the treat.

We ate at the restaurant but didn't stay at the hotel. The classic food, decor, and service were all done well. With so many fusions, twists, and reworkings around these days, this old-school approach felt like a refreshing change.
