From the outside, the place has a real Motel 6 feel, almost like shipping containers stacked up and turned into a hotel. We nearly didn't go in because of that, but don't judge it by its looks. It's a very nice place to stay. The rooms are a decent size, with a comfortable bathroom, bed, and pillows. I liked the two-door entrance because it keeps the heat and bugs out. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all generous and helpful, and Anna was especially lovely to talk with. I'd highly recommend it.

The bed was very comfortable, and the old-style shower worked well. The room itself was small but clean, with only basic facilities, though it did have a kettle, A/C, and TV. The TV reception wasn't good. The car park was full, but it's free, and the reception staff were very pleasant. Great location for the city centre, and just right for a night or two in Albi.

Breakfast was really tasty, though I would've liked more hot options. The hotel's a nice, affordable base if you're spending time in Albi. The installed heating didn't work, which was disappointing, but the staff sorted it quickly by bringing us a portable heater.

A short stay would suit this great budget hotel. The buffet breakfast was good.

We left feeling a bit too warm. The staff were helpful with directions, and someone on the morning shift took a look at the air conditioning, but it wasn't working well enough to cool the room. It might be fine outside hot weather, though the building itself doesn't seem suited to the heat.
