That huge garden, the beautiful river, and the warm welcome made us fall for this amazing hotel straight away. We stayed two nights with our big puppy. The owner and staff, mostly lovely ladies, were so kind, helped with all our luggage, and served us in the restaurant. It was just before the winter closure, so quieter than high season, which suited us perfectly. There’s also a cozy lounge with beautiful musical instruments. We wished we could have stayed longer, and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Albi. ❤️🐾

The restaurant was excellent, and the friendly, professional staff handled all our food needs. I’m gluten and dairy free, and they also made our 11 year old a delicious suitable meal that wasn’t even on the dinner menu. Reception staff went out of their way to sort out an issue and get us supplies that night, which made things much easier since we were leaving the next morning. We loved the hotel in Albi, felt very welcome, and found it clean with excellent facilities in a beautiful riverside location. Totally recommend it, and we’d love to visit again.

The grounds were peaceful and lovely for a morning stroll, and the staff were kind and helpful with lots of good recommendations. Julian the Sommelier gave us spot-on wine and vineyard suggestions. Beatrice at the front desk was very kind and recommended a great restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Dinner overlooking the River Tarn was a highlight, thanks to chef Ringo Schulz. It was exciting, fresh, beautifully presented, and the best meal we’d had in France in a long time. The hotel setting was stunningly elegant, calm, and peaceful. Staff were brilliant, with friendly smiles and unobtrusive service. Fabulous, and we’ll definitely return to this delightful hotel.

The service was wonderful from the moment we got there, and the hotel sits right on the river with a great view and a laid-back feel. Parking and a travel cot were included at no cost. We'd happily come back.
