The breakfast provided was a really nice touch, and we also appreciated the free bathroom toiletries and handy little kitchen. Parking was easy to find a short way away on the main road. We only stayed one night, but the apartment would have worked well for longer. It was on the top floor, with no lift. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. It was a hot night, so the fan helped a lot. We kept the window open and weren't bothered by traffic until after 0700hrs. Thank you, well done.

The location is pretty good, which makes the state of the downstairs apartment all the more frustrating. At €59, it felt scandalously run-down and poor value. There was no hot water in the evening, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The floors, walls, doors, and light switches were filthy. There was hardly any kitchenware: no water glasses, only three small wine glasses, and no cutting board, scissors, or colander. The plates looked secondhand, and what was there was dirty. I found mold on a saucepan and grease on the plates. I can't recommend this hotel.

The center of Albi is about a five-minute walk away. The building is old, though the apartment has been renovated, and it was very noisy. There wasn't much furniture or kitchenware, and the beds were small and uncomfortable.

We were left stranded and ended up at the Ibis Budget Centre, though Booking.com did refund us. I'd avoid this place at all costs. I booked one night, March 4th to 5th, 2017, and we arrived around noon to find nobody there. We called the number they provided for two hours, but got no answer. This hotel completely ripped us off. Run, run, and run away!
