The cold room was a problem from the start since the heating didn't work, and the internet kept dropping out for a few seconds at a time. The whole place looks badly worn and needs renovation. In my room, the duvet cover was stained, and there was another mark under the sheet that looked like blood. The shower tray was completely yellowed and the fittings had lost their chrome. There were also spider webs under the table and in the corners. Maybe I just got unlucky with my room, though the other rooms didn't look much better from the hallway. I didn't use the service, so I can't comment on it. The location is, like everything around there, in the middle of nowhere 😄 I didn't take any photos, unfortunately. I won't stay here again until it's been renovated.

We had a terrible start when the key got stuck inside the lockbox machine and wouldn't come out. Luckily, an employee was leaving for the night and helped us. After sleeping there, we went down to breakfast, which was awful, just bread and cereal. At checkout they said it wasn't included and cost 10 euro each. We speak English, and there hadn't been any notice that we'd have to pay for that meal. For a hotel that's already fairly expensive, that felt like an insane rip-off. Do not come here.

The room was good, and the pool was good too. The hotel is right in the middle of an interchange.
