We stayed in the chalet furthest inside, so this feedback is about that one. The Wi-Fi signal was too weak to use. Also, the bathroom ventilation ran constantly, even in the evening, and the noise badly affected our sleep. The whole family slept poorly and felt terrible. We contacted the owner, who said it couldn’t be turned off.

We had a wonderful holiday staying in one of Juliette's chalets, and hope to come back very soon. Madame Ruphy is lovely, warm, welcoming, and always smiling. The chalet is magnificent, spotless, functional, and very well equipped, with a little private lawn out front that our dog enjoyed too. In the mornings we woke to cowbells and the babbling stream, and it felt like a complete change of scenery, almost like being in Heidi's chalet. There’s a jacuzzi and sauna as well. Lake Annecy is just 5 minutes away, and La Clusaz mountain is 15 minutes away. We split our time between skiing at Balme and swimming in the lake. There’s also a small inn/restaurant next door and a beautiful boutique selling designer home decor, jewelry, and clothing just 100 meters away. I highly recommend it!
The mountain view was magnificent, and the location was excellent. The chalet was comfortable, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Definitely a place to remember. A huge thank you!
