Really good!

The setting is lovely, and there’s plenty to do within a 15-20 minute drive. We stayed five days with our 7-year-old, and it was quiet throughout. The little houses are pleasant, and the indoor pool center is nice, though it echoes and gets very noisy. The water wasn’t very warm, but the sauna and hammam were pleasant and open right onto the pool area. The house cleaning needs work. Ours was quite dusty, and the cheap vacuum barely picked anything up. There weren’t enough dishes, so we had to run the dishwasher every day, and the knives were useless. The decor felt dated, and quite a few things in the house were damaged. I enjoyed my massage, but it was hard to relax with the room beside the pool changing rooms. There was shouting and crying, and doors kept slamming. That’s not acceptable when you’re paying for a massage. The kids’ club has good hours, 9 am to 5 pm, and children can bring their own picnic. The activities were a bit lacking, and it seemed better suited to kids aged five or six and under. They advertised face painting one evening, but had just one painter for at least 40 children. Bingo was fun, though, and didn’t drag on, so it worked well for families. We had a good holiday at a reasonable price, but the apartment cleaning really needs to improve.

We turned up a day early, and the Belambra club still managed to find us somewhere welcoming and peaceful. The pool was pleasantly warm every time, and the kids loved the animals and taking part in the shows. The kids’ club was fantastic as usual. The children wanted to go all the time, and the activity leaders were lovely and full of energy. A huge thank you to the Belambra club for a truly relaxing, wonderful holiday!
