We were treated fairly, though the staff we met didn’t speak English. I’m guessing one of them is a part owner of the hotel. Our room was on the second floor, and there’s no elevator, which was difficult with all our luggage. The corridor also has no automatic lights, so you have to feel your way in the dark. The bathroom needs more shelves. I lost my face wash at the far end of the shower. Breakfast was basic, nothing fancy. The pool is in another building, but the service there was pretty good and the staff friendly.

Everyone working there was lovely, and the little restaurant in this quaint French town was great. The hotel was very nice for the area, and our room was clean and fresh.

I’ve never had such good treatment in France! The staff are simple, incredibly polite, flexible, service-minded, friendly, and very efficient. The hotel has what we need in the region: it’s clean, has a restaurant, and serves a simple but sufficient breakfast. There’s a good atmosphere, parking, and a swimming pool, and it’s near Rocamadour, caves, and farms. If you’re particular, bring a hair dryer. There’s no air conditioning, just a fan.

Our family was completely satisfied. The place was very clean, and the restaurant menu was delicious. The only inconvenience was that there was no power outlet or fridge in the room.

The garden and swimming pool were super, and parking was free. We had a good-sized, comfortable room and enjoyed the good food and menu. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good.
