The tram connection to Geneva is good, the staff are kind, and the location is convenient. Breakfast was nice too, and actually good enough for France! The downside was the awful soundproofing. I could hear everything my neighbours were doing.

A bad experience. The hotel director has an app and comes into rooms whenever she wants, with no respect for guests. The WiFi didn’t work, and there were lots of insects and spider webs in the rooms.

The bed was good and the sheets were clean, but that was the only real positive. I chose this hotel because it was near my workplace. The rooms are larger than average, though the decor is old, and the carpet and furniture are worn and dirty. Breakfast in the basement gets no natural light, and the food isn’t any better. This place might as well close for renovations.

The beds were OK, but everything else was NOK, breakfast included. It’s too expensive for what you get. Don’t stay until the hotel has been redone, unless you find it at a really low price.

The check-in staff were friendly, but the room was shocking. It smelled, and looked like it had never been cared for. Even the showers in an F1 Motel look better than the one here at Ibis. This is the most run-down hotel I’ve ever visited under the Accor Group. I don’t understand why it’s called an Ibis Style Hotel or belongs to the Accor Group. Honestly, think twice before booking.
