The room was spacious and really nice, and the staff were friendly and happy to help. The location is easy to get to, though nothing remarkable. I'd give it 3.5 stars.

We were welcomed warmly, and the apartment was great. It’s handy for the Eurotunnel and good value too.

I stayed there and it was okay. The kitchen wasn't good, but the rest was fine.

Storm Amy brought winds over 130 km/h, serious damage, roofs torn off, and tragically, loss of life. Our reservation had been made before the storm was announced, but when we asked to postpone or cancel, Jérôme showed no understanding of the exceptional and undeniably serious weather. Apparently it wasn't severe enough for a postponement, cancellation, or refund under the force majeure clause. I find his lack of professionalism and business sense appalling. Profit seems to come before any human or situational considerations. I'm not thanking you, Jérôme. A place to stay may be easy to book, but apparently elegance and decency aren't.

The breakfast was generous, with plenty to choose from, and the young woman at reception was lovely. The apartments are attractive, nicely decorated, and well equipped. There's a pleasant little outdoor space, and parking inside the residence.
