The room itself was awful: the bed blocked the entrance, the decor was strange, and the beige leather blanket covers felt worn out. The pipes were incredibly loud, and the whole place smelled bad. Those were the worst two nights of my tour. The atmosphere felt dark and heavy, and this was one of the worst hotel stays of my life. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m surprised this hotel was picked for my tour.

Room 16 was a great surprise for our family: it had two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, all clean, quiet, and well equipped. The hotel is right in the center, with lots of nearby cafes serving kid favorites like pizza, pasta, crepes, chocolate croissants, and cookies. There’s also a restaurant at the hotel with a kids menu. It’s a handy base for visiting the local castles and other sights. We were delighted with our family room and would highly recommend it.

The price and location were hard to beat. We spent three nights here in June and had a really nice visit. Our room matched its description and was spacious and comfortable.

The room was spacious, and the hotel itself was clean in a beautiful location. My problem was with reception. We used the hotel laundry service and a sock went missing, which can happen. They managed to find it, but then wanted us to go into another guest’s room to ask for it. We refused on principle. Since the hotel had misplaced it, I felt it was their responsibility to get it back.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were fine. The halls and stairs felt old fashioned, and the hotel as a whole was okay, though it didn’t have much personality. Breakfast was good enough.
