Hotel Central Anzac is on a quiet street, about an 8 minute walk from the train station. From there, you can travel anywhere across the WW1 battlefields.

The service was outstanding, honestly I'd give it 10 stars if I could. They even stored and cleaned our bikes. Rooms are simple but clean, and breakfast was solid. Well worth a stop for a traveller.

The double rooms are clean and tidy, but don't expect modern decor from 2020. They do the job for the price. The breakfast, though, was great, much better than anything I've had at the Marriott, Holiday Inn or Novotel chains. A good place to stay if you're visiting Villers Bretonneux, the sir John Monash centre, and the like.

My FlixBus was delayed until the next day, so I had to cancel my booking at Hotel Central Anzac. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, and they replied within a couple of hours and returned the full amount, even though I hadn't bought the extra insurance. They really didn't have to do that. I'm very grateful they understood my situation, and wanted to leave them a good review for it. Great customer service :) I'll stay with them next time I travel through Amiens.

The hotel and breakfast were both nice, but the room was really hot. City noise kept coming in from outside all the time, and we couldn't get a good night's sleep.
