The view is breathtaking, a little breath of fresh air every day. Common areas are bright, warm, and thoughtfully designed, and the whole residence has a charming feel that makes you feel at home straight away. Charlotte, the activities coordinator, is a big part of what makes this place special. She’s enthusiastic, kind, attentive, and always there, bringing people together and making sure they feel supported. The activities are lively, varied, and suit everyone. It’s a reassuring, deeply human place to live. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I felt very comfortable at the Novage residence. I was staying there as a caregiver while my partner was hospitalized at the Pauchet clinic. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed, and the spacious premises were clean and very nicely decorated. The welcome was perfect. The staff were professional and attentive, which feels rare these days. I highly recommend this establishment.

Charlotte, the activity leader, puts on exciting activities that give the seniors wonderful times together. I’m grateful to know my grandmother is in such good hands at Novage Amiens, which I visit regularly. The staff are caring, attentive, and always available, and the food is excellent, with varied and delicious meals. I got to share the last English-themed meal with my grandmother, and loved it. It was friendly, and the food was delicious. A big thank you to Charlotte!

The residents were curious and smiling, and seemed happy to try something new at their own pace. I led a wellness session at the Novage residence one afternoon, with gentle electrostimulation and mobility exercises for the residents. I was touched by how warmly we were received and by the staff’s kindness and care for each resident’s needs. This is a peaceful, welcoming environment where seniors are truly cared for.
