The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was great, though the strong smell of air freshener was hard to miss. The staff were efficient, but curt with English speakers. The restaurant was shut on Sunday, and so was everything else in town, which was a nuisance.

Replying to the owner: I posted my message in August. You were the one who welcomed the guests, and the shutters were closed. As for the smile, your comments don't reflect what happened.

It was unbearably hot in the rooms, surely over 30 degrees. The Carrefour supermarket behind the rooms was the only nearby place to get some fresh air. Breakfast cost far too much for what you got, and the owner didn't even smile.

The location was the one real plus: there was parking, and it was very close to the ski lift. The rooms were adequate, but the strong sewage smell and poor cleaning were a problem. They left the room's bins full, and on Sunday they didn't even make the bed. The breakfast schedule and prices differed from what we'd agreed and from the information in the hotel and tour operator documents. We tried to contact them 48 hours before arrival as instructed, but could only reach them through the tour operator. I also asked for a receipt for the taxes and breakfast and wasn't given one. The only staff member we met, apparently handling reception, cooking and serving, wasn't friendly and made no effort to understand us, despite not speaking Spanish or English. The accommodation didn't offer the quality for the price, and I think there are better places nearby with similar features.
