The host puts his heart into Maison Clairbois, and it shows in everything. He’s a wonderful person and a great cook, ready to make sure you have what you need and to prepare delicious food if you ask. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the clean pool is great for swimming or relaxing beside with a drink in the sun. The house itself is lovely and well cared for. Our room was clean and tidy, with daily upkeep. We had a wonderful stay and felt in good hands while visiting the beautiful Loire region.

The meal and chance to try local products made our stay even better. Maison Clairebois in Angé is warm, comfortable, and very well maintained, so it’s easy to feel at home. The welcome was simple, friendly, and attentive, which really made a difference. We’d gladly return and recommend it without hesitation.

Benoît made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived, and he was always available with recommendations for things to do nearby. The house is charming, beautiful, and impeccably cared for, while the comfortable rooms are tastefully decorated and made for a relaxing stay. Dinner was a real treat, made with high-quality local ingredients, and the homemade digestif was delicious too. A peaceful getaway we highly recommend.

No hesitation needed, this place is a beautiful haven of peace. Benoit is an exceptional host and a fantastic cook. When Marine and her auntie are there, they’re just as attentive and help make your stay as good as possible.

We loved Clairbois so much that we’re coming back for a second time and already planning another visit. The house has incredible charm, and Benoît runs it so well. He was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, and the generous breakfast was a treat. Don’t hesitate!
