The staff deserve all the praise. When our luggage was lost or delayed after our flight, several of them made it their personal mission to help and put us at ease. We had booked a cheaper room because we just needed a good bed after visiting Puy du Fou; it was clean and had a big bathroom. The location was great too. Hotel Iena gets five stars from us all around. I'd give the service ten stars if I could.

The bedrooms were nice and the shower lovely, though the lift is tiny. The hotel looks more expensive than it is. The reception lady helped us with our bikes, and at breakfast the staff member noticed my gluten-free crackers and brought me gluten-free bread and Madelines. They were all so helpful. I'd definitely come back.

After car trouble while camping nearby, my boyfriend and I had to find somewhere at the last minute and picked this hotel at random. That turned out to be one of the best choices of our trip. Our room was compact but had a great bed, and although the bathroom was a bit dated, I couldn't complain. The employee who checked us in and the man we saw when leaving were both super, super friendly and helped us with everything. We ended up here by accident, but we'd definitely stay again.

Loved it. The room was spacious and nicely designed, and the location was superb. Our bikes were parked securely, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and supportive. A real gem.

The rooms are fine, clean, and well looked after, and friendly staff keep things running smoothly. The location is right where you want it, with easy access to everything. Parking was the main challenge since it wasn't convenient. For the price, though, it's a good place to rest.
