The best, but I found hair in my food, in my fries to be exact. That's true, this shop should be closed.

The managers are rude and the hotel is filthy and smells bad. They hung up on me twice when I tried to talk about complaints. They clearly have no customer service skills or business sense. The room rates may be low, but avoid the place. It's a cheap hotel, or very close to one. The managers must be wealthy to treat guests this way. It's disgraceful. The parking is falsely advertised: there isn't any, or at least you'll never find a space. The rooms stink of cigarettes, or sometimes feces. The hotel is gloomy, and the managers are as welcoming as a prison door. It would've been nice to see you, but they hide instead of taking responsibility for their shoddy hotel or dealing with customer criticism. What courage. Signed, the customer who called you this morning and got hung up on twice in a row.

The hotel isn't new, but it's clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. Given its ideal location, some noise is understandable. People who aren't happy about that know who they are, and those unhappy with this hotel should go back to their cold, impersonal Ibis hotels. I stayed three nights in a cleaned room on the 5th floor. It was quiet, even though there was no elevator. The room had towels and soap, a shower, separate toilet, sink, trash can, and TV. You can choose a private toilet or one shared on the landing. The receptionist was very friendly. I only missed having croissants in the morning, but the baguette and coffee were fresh. I'd definitely return.

The dust led to my partner having an allergy attack all night and through the following morning. On the phone, I'd told the receptionist my partner was allergic to dust, but he told me to leave the keys without apologizing or trying to understand. He should learn about customer service. He was very unpleasant and a complete liar. When I asked for compensation, he said it wasn't possible and that we could leave if we wanted. Then the next day he knocked on the door and said he thought we'd already left, and that if we had, we could have been reimbursed. What a scam. The place was dirty and the service mediocre, with staff who seemed disinterested and made no effort to sort anything out. It's a hole in the wall, with dust, no water pressure in the shower, and no toilet in the rooms, just a shared one. For €66 a night, I'd expect at least basic cleanliness. The atmosphere was disappointing too, an experience to forget. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
