We were comfortable as a family of four in this beautiful, clean, well-kept apartment. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, and we especially liked the espresso maker. It was quiet in the lovely courtyard despite being so close to shopping and restaurants. The location puts everything else just 1-5 minutes away, with the train station about a 15 minute walk. There's no parking near the apartment, which worked fine for us since we took the train both ways. Communication was very good. Google translate helped a lot, along with our daughter, who is studying French in Angers. We stayed in July 2025, and really liked Angers. It was very clean and everyone was very nice to us. There are so many good restaurants nearby.

We came back for a second stay, and this place is still a gem in the heart of Angers. The studios are renovated beautifully and have all the comfort you could want. It's very quiet at night, making it an ideal place to unwind in Angers.

The staff are very friendly, and my room was clean and quiet. It's a nice, private place in the centre of town. The one downside in the room I had was that the bathroom was part of the bedroom, with no way to separate the two areas.

The place is very good value, and you can tell Marc and Stephane have put a lot of heart into it. It's kept meticulously, inside and out, with an almost unbelievable level of cleanliness and attention to tiny details. The kitchen has plenty of appliances, all working, and the wifi was perfectly fine. A few sharp knives would be useful, and international TV channels or a vitrage for more privacy could improve things. There are a few odd rules, and some of the decor is quite specific in style, but I really like staying somewhere with this much care behind it. Definitely recommended. All the best to the owners, and see you in the future.

We had a very good stay in Angers, and the accommodation was very good too. Reception staff were polite and helpful. My only suggestion is to provide two pillows per person, since one wasn't enough. Thank you very much, and best wishes.
