Residence Anglet Biarritz Parme

The staff were kind and helped us when we needed something, but the room was old, awkward, and uncomfortable. The bed and pillows left my whole body aching. There wasn’t even a trash can, cups for water or tea, or a kettle. The hotel looked quite different from its pictures, and the price didn’t match the quality.

This is a really fine place to stay for any of your engagements, and I’m not writing an advertisement. The pool is nice, and the reception staff are the best. Their customer service and people skills are top notch. Go and explore.

We spent two nights here with the kids and had a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the beds really comfortable, and the rooms clean. They’re a little dated, maybe, but fine. Breakfast was okay, with cold cuts, toast and croissants, jam, yogurt, cereal and the usual things. The WiFi was quite patchy, though it didn’t bother us much. We made good use of the fantastic, huge pool and took day trips to Biarritz and Bayonne for sightseeing and the beaches. This hotel cost a lot less than anything we found online in Biarritz, so we’d recommend staying here if you’re on a bit of a budget.

The hotel seems to be in an old building, but the rooms are generally good. I chose a room with a kitchenette, and the staff were friendly. The free WiFi in the room, though, usually wouldn’t connect.
