The apartment and rooms have been renovated really well. It was quiet and peaceful in winter, though I imagine the pool and balconies on some rooms make things livelier in summer. Would recommend.

The reception staff were kind, and they shouldn't be blamed for the state of this place. The owners have let the hotel fall apart and should be held responsible. The lobby is disgusting, the pools are in terrible shape, hallways are scruffy with peeling paint and carpets coming loose, and the elevators don't work. Some corridor lights are out, which makes the halls feel unsafe. My apartment was dirty, moldy, and stank. The toilet constantly smelled of urine, the tub was covered in scratches and marks, and the bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils were worn out and didn't work properly. The furniture was ugly and too large for the kitchen, making it hard to move around. It's not a cheap place, yet guests are treated like prisoners. We had to use the same small towels for a week, and nasty notices all over the hotel threaten fines if you leave after 10 AM. This was a horrible stay. The owners are slum hotel lords, and the place should be condemned and they should be fined for mistreating and ripping off guests.

Room 96, the duplex, wasn't clean and didn't feel worth the price. It hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, the bath drain was blocked, and the toilet smelled of urine. We booked five months ahead for our family gathering of nine after a 16-hour drive. Of the three rooms we reserved, two were satisfactory. The blonde receptionist could have been more helpful. I'd tell anyone going to check the booking and room condition carefully.

The views are great, the setting is stunning, and the staff were helpful. The rooms were clean and functional, but only just okay. The double bed nearly filled its whole bedroom, and the toilet's water tank was alarmingly close to your head when standing. We probably wouldn't choose to stay longer than a night.
