Studio Close to la Chambre D'amour

A big thank you to Julie at the Carmen agency. She listened carefully to what I needed and helped me find a place that suits me perfectly. She was kind, patient, professional, and efficient, and her availability and quick responses made the whole rental search much simpler. I warmly recommend the agency and really appreciate her support from start to finish.

We’re very glad we chose Carmen Immobilier. Their professionalism meant we got to meet such an exceptionally kind person. Thanks again, and we wish Audrey every success.

The Concierge department showed a complete lack of professionalism. After a detailed in-person meeting about renting a 100 m² house in the Chambre d'Amour neighborhood, I waited to hear from the agent. When I followed up, I learned she’d left without handing over my file, so I had to start from scratch. The man apparently in charge of Concierge then promised an appointment, but told me to call him the following Monday to arrange it. I did, and we set a date. He never turned up and didn’t let me know or apologize. This happened a while ago, and I don’t know whether that person still works for the agency. I live in the neighborhood, and wanted to share the disastrous experience and thank him for rolling out the red carpet for me to go to the competition.

Enzo D. was a fantastic help with buying our house. He was honest, attentive, easy to reach, responsive, and gave us excellent advice. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help with such an important project in our lives. We recommend him wholeheartedly. Thanks again for all your hard work and kindness!
