We were 15 people across four apartments, and for over 300 euros a night the place was well below standard. Things were broken, the furnishings worn out, and the apartments weren't clean. There was nothing in the kitchens, so we had to ask for basics like rubbish bags, extra towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets. At checkout we had to strip the beds and take out the rubbish ourselves. One person slept in a creaky bed and another on a sofa bed. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

We had a great stay and hope to return next year. The atmosphere and views are special, and the location is amazing. We were traveling with a child and probably asked for a lot, but every request was handled. The welcome was so warm that it felt like a five-star hotel. Better to book directly.

The pool was lovely, and the location is perfect, just a short distance from the sea. The staff were excellent, friendly, and really helpful, with plenty of flexibility.

A modern, stylish apartment in a peaceful spot, with a nice garden, pool, and Jacuzzi. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach and right next to the golf course. I'd happily come back anytime.

Kind people, a lovely place, and a great location. The beach is close, Biarritz is handy for restaurants, and it's ideal if you're into surfing or golf. :-)
