Breakfast was quite substantial, and the owner gave us a warm welcome. Our double room was comfortable. Just be aware that the bathroom and toilet are shared, though that didn’t bother us.

We had to go withdraw cash because we didn’t have a checkbook. You should add card payments. It’s strange and inconvenient, and a little puzzling that no other place we’ve encountered in this line of work has refused cards.

The owner made breakfast in a room with a fireplace and was very friendly. I stayed just one night while passing through. It’s a nice little room, with the bathroom and toilet shared with other guests. I highly recommend it.

The welcome was warm and breakfast was included. But please be aware that payment is by cash or cheque only, with no credit cards accepted. They also don’t provide VAT invoices, which makes it expensive for businesses.
