There were two well-maintained pools on site, and the accommodation had plenty of cups and cooking pots. We were there when the place was about 30% full. The air conditioning is in the living room but doesn’t cool upstairs. Barbecues aren’t allowed on site, and the food and drinks there are very pricey.

We were glad to have a car for visiting the nearby towns and areas. The local area is nice, and it’s a short walk to the sea. On site, the food was lovely, and we really enjoyed the salsa and family nights. The accommodation was clean, modern, roomy enough for our family and dog, and the facilities were great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A fantastic stay, and we’ll certainly come again.

We stopped for one night in February, out of season, to break the trip from St Marlow to Lot, and it was perfect. We had lunch and pizza in the evening. The beach was a short walk away and great for our two small dogs. We’ll definitely return.

The quiet location was nice, Carrefour is nearby, and there are lovely flowers and nature around. But I’d recommend this more to people without children. There’s no playground, and the heated pool feels like too little to do for a family when the weather is cold. There are no mosquito screens on the windows, so bugs fly in. I’d also have liked a fence around the terrace for more privacy and so children could play outside without trouble. In the six-person house, the sofa only seats two, so we couldn’t all sit together unless some of us went to the kitchen. It was dirty, as if something had been spilled on it or someone had peed there, though the rest was clean.
