I asked to cancel my stay, and they agreed. Their website showed no cancellation policy when I booked. Later, I found a charge on my card. When I contacted them, they said they’d charged me for one room instead of two, even though I’d only booked one room. I consider this an unauthorized use of my card, and these people have been unreasonable. I’m trying to dispute the charge. I’ve made many attempts to explain what happened and get them to understand that they should refund the money, but they won’t listen.

We ate outside at the restaurant. The food and service were nice. Be sure to reserve a table ahead of time.

The atmosphere and views were lovely, and the food was exceptional. The service felt really special, with the team going above and beyond to make the evening perfect. Nicholas looked after us and spoke perfect English. My partner and his sister are coeliacs, and he went out of his way to answer their questions, explain things, and adapt dishes for them. Such a fabulous restaurant, well worth visiting. We’d definitely come back if we’re in LA again. Thanks for a wonderful night! 😊

They turned us away straight away, saying they “could not host 6 people,” even though there were tons of empty tables. “We don’t move tables together”

We had a lovely view of the lake, and the hotel is clean, with modern facilities, comfortable beds, and nice staff. It’s a lakeside hotel, though there’s a busy road between it and the water. The traffic noise wasn’t intrusive. The restaurant and bar were busy, and the food was good. There’s a large shaded outdoor area. Balcony rooms are great, though rather small for a longer stay. Room 7 has a partial lake view. Breakfast was okay. Maybe add some fresh fruit and non-dairy milk? Vegetarian choices were limited.
