We only meant to stay for two nights, but ended up spending eight here. The canals and the nicest part of the old town are right nearby, and the lake is about a five-minute walk away. Our room was spotless and finished to a really high standard. The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to lend a hand. A wonderful place.

We really loved staying here. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the service is superb, and breakfast was exceptional. They also have somewhere to leave your luggage, plus a coffee and tea room open from 1-9 where croissants are free too. Just one small thought: reusable bathroom cups might fit better with the eco-friendly approach. 🍀

Having your own lockable garage was a real bonus, and the restaurant next door is well worth trying, it was excellent. The hotel itself is only a short walk from the centre and vieux Annecy, so the location worked really well. We were happy with the rooms, breakfast was fine, and the staff were outstanding. We'd stay here again.

The modern rooms were a good size, and the bed was comfortable. It's around a 10-minute walk to Vieux Annecy and five minutes from the train station. A very nice hotel, and I'd definitely come back. Recommended.

We didn't have breakfast here since there were so many places to eat close by. The hotel is clean, in a great spot, and the staff were helpful. We arrived really early, left our bags there, and they even let us check in ahead of time. Such a cute place, I'd highly recommend it for a stay in Annecy.
