We found secure parking within walking distance, and there was enough space. The hotel has a drop-off spot, so we checked in with our bags before going to park the car. The location in Annecy Old town was very convenient for an overnight stop on our drive from the UK to Venice. We loved the city, the Sunday open market, and our evening walks around town.

The service was incredible, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a morning coffee. The room was modern and very clean, not huge but big enough to sleep in. The towels didn’t scratch, which was so nice. A very good place to stay, with two car parks close to the hotel.

The staff were helpful, and the hotel had a real charm to it. We found the room big enough for the two of us, even if it wasn't especially large. Its location made it easy to reach the lake and the main sights, and getting there from the train station was straightforward. There's also a lovely boulangery a short walk away.

The old town is right outside, and the location is really good. The staff did try their best, but the room was so tiny you could hardly fit in, and the bathroom was cramped too. We had to ask for the bedsheets to be changed. Apart from that, it was okay.

4/10
The location was the one good thing. Wi-Fi was appalling, with no upload speed at all no matter which floor you were on. The room was small and not very clean, which felt below what the price should get you. Parking, like at most places around there, is in a paid lot a few streets away rather than on site.
