ibis Styles Annecy Le Vieux

A newly renovated hotel with a really warm welcome and a team that goes the extra mile. I'd highly recommend it!

The room was lovely and spotless, and everyone we met was warm and attentive. I’d happily recommend this hotel.

We stayed from May 5th to 7th and weren’t told in advance that work was still underway. Although the hotel was listed on the All booking site as “newly renovated,” the whole ground floor was being renovated when we arrived. Reception had been squeezed into a small office in the meeting room, which was also where breakfast was served the next morning, and workers kept carrying materials between rooms. The staff seemed embarrassed. During our stay, I complained to Accor and was assured someone would follow up. Since then, I’ve followed up myself and been promised a response again, but we still haven’t received an apology for the disruption or any gesture of goodwill.

This time we even had a river view. The hotel is quiet and well located, and we feel right at home here. The friendly, accommodating staff are always willing to help, which is why we keep coming back. It was lovely to have tartiflette, pizza, lasagna and cocktails available 24/7. We really appreciated the service. Thanks to all the staff.
