The hotel is in the old town, and the staff were extremely friendly. There’s also a beautiful belle epoche (art nouveau) restaurant. The room lighting could be better, since there’s no option for a cozy, dim atmosphere for couples. And the shower has nowhere to put your own shampoo or soap.

The receptionists were very friendly, and the hotel has all the essentials: A/C, a comfortable bed, lovely wall art, and an elevator. The location was convenient too.

Mani and the rest of the staff were attentive and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The rooms and restaurant are very clean and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend the hotel and will choose it again on future trips to Annecy.
