Being so close to the lake makes the location feel ideal, though I'm not sure the price is worth it. I really liked the room and the comfortable bed, and everything was neatly arranged and well serviced. It was nice having the toilet separate from the bathroom. The corridor voices came through, and the lift is so small that only one person can ride with luggage. Some staff don't speak English, but they were very helpful. Breakfast had limited choices, though it tasted good, and there was a good selection of tea and nice coffee. They had some food available during the day too, but it was very expensive.

The location worked really well, near the lake and beaches, with a pleasant walk into town. Our room was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. The breakfast room was peaceful, and the bone china dishes were a lovely detail. Breakfast came with our package; there was plenty to choose from, though we only had cereal and a pastry. The restaurant was closed while we were there, so I can't speak to it. We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities for a place listed as 3*. Thanks for a lovely few days, we'd definitely recommend it.

The staff were smiling, friendly, and really attentive to what guests needed. When I asked for something the hotel didn't have, a receptionist even lent me her own. We had a great time. The lake path makes for an easy walk to the city center, and the beach is just a few minutes away on foot. The hotel itself is lovely, and breakfast felt like being in a fancy salon, with fine porcelain on the tables. There was plenty of tasty food, including cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, and jams. Merci beaucoup!

Whenever I travel to Annecy, I stay here. It's a top choice in its category, and I'd definitely recommend it. The breakfast is first class, carefully prepared and really tasty. A cozy hotel for a lovely stay.
